MCN Tech List
MCN offers one hour of free technical support by in-house technical support staff for all users. Occasional questions regarding your account are normally answered free of charge as are any issues related to problems with MCN systems. Any subsequent in-house technical support on the phone, by MCN Staff, which extends beyond this will be billed to the customer's account at the rate of $2.00/minute and is done at the discretion of the MCN staff. Customers will be notified when billable service is required.

Technical support regarding installation/configuration is available from the following list of installers. Prices vary broadly by expertise. Be sure to negotiate your personal arrangement with each computer support person before you attempt to describe your problem to one of the Independent Consultants listed below. Consultants appear on this page by request. MCN cannot be held responsible for issues raised by the work of these individuals and their appearance on this page should not be considered an endorsement of the quality of their work by MCN.
