MCN COVID-19 Response

Our staff continues to answer support calls and are out in the field working to repair lines. We will continue to monitor the information provided by the Mendocino County Public Health Officer and this information may be updated

All MCN employees are fully vaccinated.

Payments

Customer are encouraged to make payments using our online billing portal (https://billing.mcn.org). If you do not know your login to the billing portal email billing@mcn.org or call our office 707-937-1444 or toll free 800-796-3896. You can also use our payment drop box located outside of our office at 10700 Ford Street, Mendocino, CA 95460.

Office

MCN is open to the public however we are located on the Mendocino High School campus and therefor all visitors are still required to wear a mask. MCN staff will be on site answering phone calls and emails.

Dispatches

If you have been sick or showing symptoms technicians will not enter your home, and we ask that you schedule a dispatch after you have recovered.

Financial Hardships

We understand that many are experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic and we are offering several ways we can help. During this global pandemic MCN is following the Keep Americans Connected Pledge put out by the FCC (https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-363033A1.pdf).

  1. No Disconnects - We will not be disconnecting any service during the pandemic for customers who are unable to pay their bill. Customers must maintain communication with our office or may be disconnected.
  2. Delayed Payments - If you think you will not be able to make your payments we can delay your payment. Please email billing to ask for a delayed payment: billing@mcn.org
  3. If you are already behind on payments or need to make other payment arrangements please send us an email: billing@mcn.org
  4. MCN does not have data caps and does not charge late fees.

Downtown WiFi

MCN partners with the City of Fort Bragg to provide free WiFi in the downtown Fort Bragg area as well as at Bainbridge Park/Wiggly Giggly Playground.

Work From Home

MCN offers a Digital Phone (VOIP) service if you need to transition your business phone to a work at home phone: Digital Voice
Existing Fusion and Digital Voice numbers can be forwarded to cell phone or other numbers when needed.
